First of all, I turned in my final paper and this was my feedback:
I got 150 / 150 points for a final score of 100%. Granted, I am a professional documentation writer and this is a freshman college class. But I will take praise where I can get it.
Next, I took the ServSafe Manager exam. This is what the Safety and Sanitation class was basically preparing you for the entire time. The good news is that I passed!
The bad news is the ServSafe website hasn’t updated to show this yet and their own site says the update should have been almost instant. So I’m calling on Monday. Because I’m not taking that test again. I super hate tests.
So yes, Safety and Sanitation is in the bag. Now I can focus on Basic Food Prep for the rest of the semester.
