Did you know that Ahi tuna is redundant? Ahi is Hawaiian for “tuna.” Kind of like chai tea.
Started off with Tuna Tartare. Which I actually got confused for foie gras, I think? Anyway, I thought the tuna had to be basically mushed together into a paste. It was so much better without that. Very happy that was not the case! Delicious dish! Tuna Tartare Recipe
This marinated tuna steak was so simple, but soooooo good! The marinate wasn’t difficult at all and the cook took literally 4 minutes (2 minutes per side). Center was still pink and all the flavors were spot on. Marinated Tuna Steak Recipe
