This is the top shelf of our garage fridge where showing the traditional pickles, pickled peppers, and pickled green beans. When I say idle hands are the devil’s workshop, no one seems to believe me. Then I do shit like this…
Anyway, my friend, who actually does eat pickles, was able to send me some pickle recipes for more than just the traditional pickles I had been making, so now I have collected the following:
- Pickle spice mix
- Another pickle spice mix
- Bread and butter pickles
- Half sour pickles
- Spicy & sweet pickles
- Milwaukee dill pickles
There are no limits. There will be no survivors.
Also, this is the pickled green beans. They will be ready for tasting today. A coworker swore to them, so I hope everyone in the house enjoys them. I only did a small jar, so if they turn out to be not a fan favorite, it won’t be a big deal.
